Jake is a highly qualified Chartered Building Engineer (MCABE) and Building Surveyor, holding a First-Class Honours degree from Liverpool John Moores University. With a deep commitment to the built environment, Jake brings extensive expertise in surveying, engineering, and architectural design, gained from years of experience working on both residential and commercial properties. As the Founder and Director of CharterHouse Surveyors & Engineers, based in Chester, Jake leads a practice that provides a comprehensive range of services across the North West of England and North Wales. CharterHouse specialises in delivering high-quality surveying, engineering, and architectural solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client, whether for small residential projects or complex commercial developments. In addition to his leadership role at CharterHouse, Jake remains deeply engaged within the professional community. He currently serves as the Treasurer for the Wales Region of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and previously held a position on the CABE board, where he contributed for three years. His dedication to the field is reflected not only in his technical expertise but also in his ongoing contribution to the growth and development of the industry.
